BUNGENDORE IS GROWING

‘A LIFESTYLE THE ENTIRE FAMILY CAN ENJOY’

The QPRC finalized the Bungendore Structure Plan in 2020 and has adopted a high-growth scenario for Bungendore to grow from its current 3,800 population to approx. 12,000 residents.

Population growth attracts new businesses as well as improved services.

Bungendore's growth is evident by recent improvements such as the new Super IGA and the recent opening of the new Ambulance Station.

And there's more to come...

BUNGENDORE HIGH SCHOOL

The QPRC together with the NSW Department of Education have given the green light to proceed with the construction of a new Bungendore High School.

The new high school, opening on Day 1, Term 1, 2027, is located on Birchfield Drive in the Elm Grove Estate and will feature 26 modern classrooms and 3 support classrooms, administration and staff facilities, a library, hall and canteen, sports field and an agricultural plot.

The site is located within existing low-density housing in the Elm Grove Estate, which the Structure Plan identifies as a future growth precinct. This location offers long-term access to a growing community and supports the broader aim of placing new school infrastructure in areas expected to support future demand.

BUNGENDORE SPORTS HUB

The QPRC has recently commenced construction on the new Bungendore Sports Hub which is to be located only a short distance from the Elm Grove Estate.

The new complex will have six flood-lit grass sports fields, six flood-lit hard courts, irrigation, car parking, shared path ways, an aquatic centre and amenities including change rooms, toilets, canteen and sporting club facilities.

AN INVESTMENT OF $2.45M FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEW BUNGENDORE SPORTS HUB.

Bungendore also has many local cafes, restaurants, boutique shops and plenty of space for your family to experience a safer and cleaner lifestyle.

‘Enjoy the freedom of country living, without losing the benefits of being close to the city’.
